1. About The Gallop

The Gallop ("we", "us", "our") is a horse racing tips subscription service operated from the United Kingdom. We publish expert selections, form analysis and course guidance to help punters make informed betting decisions. This service is provided by The Gallop and is available at thegallop.uk.

This is not a bookmaker. We do not handle bets or accept wagers. We provide informational tips only. All members must place their own bets with a licensed UK bookmaker.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age
A UK resident (or accessing from outside the UK at your own legal risk)
Legally permitted to participate in gambling and betting in your jurisdiction

Pro: £23 per month (£4.99 first month) — advanced form analysis and course guides
Paddock Pass: £57 per month (£35 first month) — premium tier with exclusive content and direct support

All selections are published publicly. Every tip and result is verified and archived. Pricing and features may change with notice. Current pricing is always displayed on the homepage.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically on your billing date. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment.

Payment processing: We use Stripe to securely process all payments. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except as required by law.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected, your membership will be suspended.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and for monitoring your billing statements.

5. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

All content published by The Gallop — including selections, analysis, form guides, course profiles and methodology — is our intellectual property.

You have a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own betting decisions.
You may not republish, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission.
You may not share your login credentials or resell access to other users.
Screenshots and quotes are permitted for personal or non-commercial discussion.

Breach of these terms will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

6. Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Profit

The Gallop does not guarantee profit or success. Horse racing is inherently unpredictable and results can never be assured.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.
All selections are opinions based on form analysis, not certainties.
Odds change and horses can be withdrawn.
Your bookmaker may void bets or suspend accounts.
You assume all financial risk when placing bets.

If you cannot afford to lose your stake, do not gamble. Gambling should only be viewed as entertainment using funds you can afford to lose completely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Gallop shall not be liable for:

Direct or indirect losses from using our tips or service
Loss of profit, income, revenue, goodwill or data
Any losses arising from betting on our selections
System downtime, errors, or service interruption
Third-party conduct or bookmaker decisions

Your sole remedy is cancellation of your subscription and a refund of the final month's payment, subject to our refund policy. This shall not limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

8. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the service lawfully and responsibly
Not engage in harassment, abuse or illegal activity
Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
Gamble responsibly and within your means
Not share access or resell membership
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms.
